Today the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will start the second round of online option entry for the state common entrance test, or KCET. Through the official website, kea.kar.nic.in, registered candidates can engage in the second round of counselling. Candidates must provide their application number in order to participate in the KCET 2022 counselling session.

Aspirants have till November 19 to complete the round two selection form. In the KCET choice entry round, candidates can specify their college, course, and category preferences. The KEA will disclose the second round of counselling allotment results on November 21, and candidates will have till November 24 to exercise their option preferences. The seat acceptance fee is due by November 25th.
Candidates will be able to confirm the course and college that have been assigned to them once the results are made public. Aspirants can submit an application for admission by reporting to the designated institution with all required documentation if they are happy with the course and college placement.
How to Apply for KCET 2022 Counseling Round 2.
Step 1. Go to kea.kar.nic.in, the official website.
Step 2. To access the KCET option entry window, select the link.
Step 3. To create a user ID and password, enter the needed data.
Step 4. Along with your preferred college and course, choose a category.
Step 5. To save a copy for later use, click submit.
COUNSELLING ROUND 2 FOR KCET 2022:
After round two, there will be a second extended round and a special round of counselling for the KCET 2022 exam. Candidates interested in engineering, architecture, agriculture science, veterinary medicine, B-Pharma, and D-courses can receive KCET counselling.
The amended KCET ranking list was announced on October 1 in response to a Karnataka High Court judgement affirming the expert committee’s recommendations for a normalisation process to review repeaters. The KCET 2022 was held on June 16, 17, and 18, with a total of 2,16,559 individuals applying and 2,10,829 taking the test.
